| Walnut Women's Boot Camp is a high energy, fun, supportive, always different workout with 12-15 ladies per class, each class is an 1 hour long
We use various exercises from exercise bands, to medicine balls, body weight, sleds, dumbbells, barbells, all exercises used in walnut women's boot camp laser target problem areas for women like waist, stomach, thighs, and arms. Our success rate is extremely high -95% because we are specialized women's only program. All of our exercises, workouts, motivation support system,etc focused on ladies only. |
